Documentation

All the documentation used by DCPC is also found on the PCAQ Website under the resources tab.

We recommend that you regularly download the form from the PCAQ as this will cover any changes to the regulations that we are obliged to abide by.

Musters and Competitions

All members attending any of these events are require to hand in a Horse Health Declaration. If you are using the PCAQ approved form, this encompasses the movement record as well.

If you are not using the PCAQ Horse Health Declaration, you will need to ensure that you hand in a Horse Movement Record as well.

Day Memberships

Those wishing to compete will need to fill out a PCAQ Horse Health Declaration and a  Participation Liability Form.  These will generally be available on morning of the event. If you have these prior to arriving, this will expedite the registration process.

Day members are recommended to have pursed the PCAQ guidelines regarding saddlery. As on the day, you will not be able to compete if they do not meet these requirements.
